It depends on your township and the scope of the work. We're happy to talk through what your
project may need when we quote it, but pulling any required permit is the property owner's
responsibility unless we've specifically agreed otherwise.
Dump truck hauling, excavation and grading, concrete block retaining walls, bush hogging and
land clearing, quarry product delivery, and equipment hauling up to 20,000 lbs. See our

We operate our own skid steers and dump trucks, so jobs stay in-house from start to finish.
We take on everything from a single load of stone or a small brush-clearing job up to full
residential excavation projects. If you're not sure whether your job fits, just ask.
Bush hogging is mowing down brush, tall grass, and light vegetation with heavy-duty equipment —
good for maintaining a field or opening up an overgrown lot. Full land clearing goes further,
removing small trees, stumps, and dense vegetation to prep a site for building or development.
